Herb Butter Yak Steak

- 2 yak steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tbsp butter softened
- 1 tbsp clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.2. Season the yak steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.3. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.4.
