At Savannah Ridge Farms, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, ethically raised products—straight from our farm to your door—with honesty and care. Here’s how we handle delivery and returns.
🚚 Delivery Information
We currently ship within the continental United States.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically leave our farm within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Delivery Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers like UPS and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.
Local Pickup
Live nearby? Choose Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll send you a confirmation when your order is ready to collect from the farm.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
❄️ Perishable Products
Our meat and farm products are perishable, so we pack them with care using insulated packaging and ice packs when needed. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery when it arrives.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable goods. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right—whether that means a refund, store credit, or a replacement (where applicable).

📦 Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
