We recommend cooking our patties if you only want to cook 1 or 2 at a time. Season to your taste, but don’t overcook.
Yak meat has very little fat and cooks very quickly at 300°F on the grill or in the skillet. We enjoy ours cooked medium rare, but you should cook to your comfort level.
